2024 Registration is Open as of February 21, 2024
Effective April 2022 OASA implemented a new individual Membership Registration System (MRS) that requires all Association Contacts, Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers and Players to create a unique profile for OASA to administer and manage our teams and events. The system will streamline activities for both teams as well as OASA administrators by electronically capturing all of the necessary data and waivers and documentation that previously was collected manually.
Everyone must register every year to update their profiles. Players who did not play in 2023 within OASA will be required to provide a birth certificate or other proof of date of birth online as part of the process. All individuals will be able to have multiple roles within multiple associations or on multiple teams as required to indicate where they are playing or coaching within OASA. There will be an annual fee of $15 per person, no matter how many roles or teams an individual is associated with.
Association Contacts and Team Managers will be able to create their teams online through the system. All teams planning to play in any OASA tournament will need to have all of their players and coaches registered and active on the MRS in order to participate.
New in 2024, all coaches and assistant coaches must input their NCCP # that can be obtained from the Coaches Association of Canada at no cost by going to https://thelocker.coach.ca/account/login
.
