The OASA will be conducting a pilot program for 2025 with Ontario Rural Softball Association (ORSA) teams that wish to participate in OASA events. The following requirements will apply for 2025:
1. All ORSA teams wishing to compete in an OASA Tournament must affiliate as an OASA team by the OASA affiliation deadline for their age classification.
2. All ORSA teams entering OASA Tournaments must pay the OASA tournament fees and the OASA affiliation fee.
3. All ORSA teams that affiliate with OASA must follow all OASA rules including player residency and coach certification.
4. A player who has registered on an OASA team roster in the current year is allowed to register on an ORSA team roster, following the rules established by ORSA.
5. ORSA teams affiliating with OASA may be formed by combining players from multiple ORSA teams as long as OASA player residency rules are followed.
6. To compete in OASA events, ORSA teams must provide proof of insurance coverage.
